Aspen Grove Cabin - w/W&D Start your next adventure at Aspen Grove Cabin. A 3 bedroom home nestled amongst a massive grove of Aspen trees with the Mosquito range in the background. Modern floor plan w/ wood burning fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen, furnished w/ stainless steel appliances, & Keurig coffee maker. Gather around the dining table, or take it outside to the deck w/ BBQ grill. Main floor master with cozy king size bed. Washer/Dryer. Tons of opportunities nearby for mountain biking, hiking, and fishing and just 21miles from skiing and restaurants at Breckenridge.No smoking in or near the house. There will be a $500 cleaning fee if you smoke anything in or near the house.Please discard all trash and bottles in the trash cans.Check out is 10 am. If you need more time, please call Russ. If the cleaning crew can accommodate the change they will. If you are still here when the cleaning crew arrives at 10, you will be charged a late checkout fee of $100.We love this house and hope you will too. Please take care of it so future guests can enjoy it as well. If you find something missing or broken, please let me know so we can fix it asap.
