Approx. 5 min drive to both of the hospitals, shopping, Bismarck Civic Center and ND State Capital. Come and relax and recharge in this beautiful updated space.Guests have access to their unit which is above our garage. They access the unit from a private entrance.The unit has all new furniture including the bed, new 48" Samsung TV, and all new linens. Off-street parking and free WiFi. Guests get one parking spot in our driveway and there is an abundance of on street parking surrounding our home. On street parking is free. The bedroom is spacious with a brand new bed and linens. The blinds are light blocking to ensure you get a great night of sleep. The bedroom also features a walk-in closet. The unit has a washer and dryer right off of the bedroom. Free laundry right next to the bedroom, SCORE! An iron and full sized ironing board is provided as well.The spacious kitchen has everything to need to cook a meal like a boss. The kitchen in stocked with Emeril pots and pans, a Crock-pot, Keurig Machine, full sized fridge and a full sized stove/oven. Save some money dining in on delicious home cooked meals.We love to travel as a family. We love kids. We have four. We welcome guests with children. That being said, this home is not in any way child safe ( ie no child locks, no electrical outlet covers, no furniture anchors, no trunk lock, no toilet lock, blinds may contain strings, and children have to be watched in the bathtub as our plumbing is older and if turned on high could burn a child.) Hazards are not limited to just these examples.We love Bismarck! We have called it home for 18 years now. We want to share our love of Bismarck with you by providing sparkling clean homes to rent while you explore or work in the Bismarck/Mandan area. We are a busy family of 6. Sharing stories over dinner with family and friends is our favorite thing to do. Some of our passions include gardening, walking, biking, a good picnic, park playtime with friends, BBQing, mountain biking, and playing at the river. We would love to recommend parks and fun family activities for you and your family. Unlike hotels with many rooms to rent, cancellations are devastating to owners of single family homes. When we accept your reservation we acknowledge that you are perhaps taking time off from work and making plane and vehicle reservations. We would never cancel your reservation and expect the same commitment from you. We have worked hard to have a 0% Cancellation rate to prove to our guests that we stand by our word when you book our home.The security deposit is $500. We will send you a funds request upon booking for the deposit. A booking isn't confirmed until a signed lease and deposit are in place.We specialize in long term rentals to professionals with 13 week contracts usually. We only accept bookings that at longest leave a two week open window in our calendar. If you are looking for a stay that leaves a longer gap, we most likely won't accept the stay.
