The Split Rock ~ CLEAN, Safe, Convenient Location My single family home is entirely available for my guests. Everything in the home is clean, brand new, renovated, and available for your use. You do not need to share any of the home, garage, or yard with anyone but those you choose. It is in a safe, beautiful and peaceful neighborhood just a couple blocks from the capital. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 full bath home. All of the 3 bedrooms contain a king bed and TV. One of the bedrooms may be 2 single beds rather than a king for your convenience if you wish. The main and 2nd bedroom have 32” TV’s and the 3rd bedroom has a 19” TV. The living room offers a 43” tv. All of the televisions in the home have Netflix and Amazon prime television which offers numerous channels and apps for your viewing pleasure. The home also offers hi speed WiFi. There is a ginormous picture window in the living room that looks out to the decorative backyard. The backyard is almost completely, privately, fenced. It has a beautiful, flowering Catalpa tree and an abundant variety of blooming flowers. There’s an outdoor seating area and games for you while enjoying the outdoors. There is also a small double garage for your use and plenty of off street parking. I provide everything needed for small children to stay, including a highchair, swing, pack and play, stroller, car seats, and all the items needed for a baby bath. I also offer shampoo, conditioner, body and face wash, hair dryer, and straightening iron. If you come for business I have a perfect place for you to work. I offer a desk and WiFi all in one printer. I am located in Bismarck so if there’s anything you may need for your stay please let me know. I can promise you will not regret choosing my home.
