A beautifully appointed design with high-end finishes throughout is opening it's doors for your perfect, beach vacation. Comfy bedrooms provide 2-kings, 2-queens, 2-singles and one queen sofa bed. Features a gourmet kitchen for the aspiring chef and gas grill for your grill master. Sit 14 comfortably inside for dinner or 10 on the adjoining outside deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The great room has one of several smart TV's over a cozy gas fireplace. This house has an elevator and is right next to beach access with a ramp from the street for access. Relax on your backyard beach or soak in the private pool overlooking the ocean on the deck. There are 2 outdoor showers to rinse off and regenerate after a day at the beach. All decks have expansive views of the quiet, south end of the island. Wake up to some amazing sunrise views from some of the bedrooms or while you're having your morning coffee on the deck. The house includes beach badges, 3 bicycles and off-street parking for up to 6-cars. This house is even pet friendly. OWNER APPROVAL NEEDED FOR EACH RENTAL. MAY, JUNE, SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER WEEKS ARE DISCOUNTED.
