Bring your boat- house is close to several boat ramps.Relax and unwind with the family at the lake. Kitchen has high end appliances and marble countertops. Open plan has views of the lake from almost every room of the main house. There is a gentle slope to a large dock with diving board with plenty of space to tie up your own boat. Main house has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master is on the main with a king bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a large bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds. Also upstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and shared bathroom with the bunk room. Over the detached garage you will find another bedroom, small living, kitchenette and bathroom. This space is perfect for teenagers or a couple wanting their own space. Enjoy several outdoor deck spaces overlooking the lake or the quiet front porch. There is an outdoor fire pit for smores and stargazing on warm nights. Ideal for a family with kids, or two families traveling together! Dogs considered on a case by case basis- please contact owner before booking. There will be a $100 non refundable fee if the dog is approved. Additional approved dogs may incur additional fees.We are 45 minutes from Clemson by car.Boat lifts are for owner use only, but you are welcome to tie up on either side of our dock.
