This campground is a 1 bedroom(s), 1 bathrooms, located in Hartwell, GA. The tranquility of the woodlands is where you'll find Hartwell Cabins and RVs! Cabin #5 is a 450 square foot cabin that's equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay. We do not use keys. Each door is equipped with an electronic lock. The week of arrival you'll receive a check in email with a code specific to your stay. We do have cameras at the park. They're attached to the laundry facility and face the gravel driveway throughout the park. We do not have cameras inside or on the cabins you rent.WHAT WE SUPPLY: Linens, 4 towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dish cloths, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, 2 rolls of toilet tissue and 2 trash bags are provided in each property. If your unit has a pull out and you’ll need linens, please be sure to let us know prior to your stay. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The startup set will not be replenished; we suggest you bring extra items for longer stays. White Oak Property Management accounts for all linens and towels provided in each unit. Any missing, damaged or stained beyond repair items will result in additional charges to the Guest.OCCUPANCY & AMENITIES:We will do everything we can to make sure your cabin is ready for your stay. It is our mission to provide you the cleanest cabin around so that you will become a guest for a lifetime. However, there are rare occasions that your cabin might not be fully presentable by 3pm. Please understand they are not hotel rooms and, therefore, from time to time, appliances, internet, TV, water, electricity, etc. will break down or malfunction. While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues that arise as they would in any property due to the life expectancy of any and all such appliances etc, we will respond as quickly as we can to make repairs and restore amenities. We are not responsible for weather conditions.Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, our location is perfect! We're 2 minutes outside of town and only a few miles away from the Savannah River, Lake Hartwell, parks, boat launches, marinas, The Hartwell Dam, as well as neighborhood restaurants, shops, and more!24 min (18.7 mile) from Green Pond Landing8min (4.3 mile) from Gum Branch Mega RampCabin #5 has a king-size bed, a full kitchen for cooking (range, refrigerator, microwave, crockery, cutlery, toaster, and Keurig), a tub/shower combination in the bathroom, and a covered front porch with chairs. The loveseat in the living room pulls out to a twin bed. Since we don't have cable we provided smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom, allowing you to stream services while you're away from home. There are no stairs or ladders to climb inside this cabin.There is a self-service laundry facility on site.There is plenty of room to park your trailer and vehicle right next to your cabin, and there's an exterior plug to make charging batteries on the boat easier!To learn about discounted monthly pricing, call the office.
