Pool, Huge Porch&Outdoor Dining - Terrace House Summary:Do not pass up on this 6 Bedroom 3.5 bath home. In the heart of Roebuck Springs, Home Sweet Home is the perfect getaway! The colossal backyard and seating area serves as the perfect place to kick back, relax, and share good company. Close to Southern Museum of Flight, Vintage Motorsports Museum, located northwest of Birmingham in a quiet residential area. Pets allowed with fee required.The Space:You walk from the driveway to the entrance, there is an outside seating area to your left. With 3 chairs and two outdoor side tables. At the main entrance you have a keypad lock. Please enter 4 digit code then press the lock symbol on the keypad to unlock the door.Once in the house to your right, there is a room with 1 full and two twin beds. Also a table with three chairs for reading or playing board games. As you exit this room, there is the entrance door and to your right are two staircases. One will take you to the 4th level of the house and the second will take you to the 2nd level of the house. Walking upstairs to 4th level will lead you down a hallway. To the left of the hallway, there are two rooms. One room has a full bed and the other has a full bed. Straight ahead is the first full bathroom with a shower. To the right, there is a room which has a king bed and outside balcony overlooking the pool with two chairs and an outside side table.Walking downstairs to the 2nd level, you will see the living room. Straight ahead is the dining room, which seats six people. To the Left, there is another 3 seater table and then in the kitchen you have 4 bar stools for counter top dining.The kitchen is fully-equipped so you can prepare meals during your stay. On the lowest level, there is the Master Bedroom that includes a King Bed.To your right, there will be a half bathroom. The second room on the left down the hallway is the laundry room. An additional bedroom is straight ahead, which has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom with a shower.Once you walk out of the house to the backyard, the gazebo will be to your left with a table that has six chairs for your convenience equipped with solar power lights.Straight ahead is a staircase that leads to the pool where BBQ grill is located. To the Right are two outside chairs overlooking the pool.NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!Please note: Our pool is not heated and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please reach out if you have additional questions!Guest Access:The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, yard, and pool. This home has a digital door code along with a Ring Doorbell.The Neighborhood:Located in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from the best Birmingham has to offer you will feel right at home! Only four cars allowed at the residence at a time out of respect for our neighbors and the residential area. Thank you!Getting Around:We recommend driving as this is a residential area, but Uber and Lyft are available in Birmingham.Other Things to Note:We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.Pool RulesSWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.Interaction with Guests:We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
