The kitchen is packed with all the essential items to meet all your cooking. Come book with us, and we would love to host you soon!The Space:This house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals during your stay. The backyard offers privacy, and the location is very convenient to the freeway and more!***NOTE*** this driveway is steep and is not able to fit multiple large vehicles or a vehicle with a trailerGuest Access:The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon arrival.The Neighborhood:Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by mature trees and is less than a mile from Walmart and other major food/shopping options. Our location also provides convenient access to the freeway; you have easy access to everything you need!Getting Around:Private driveway parking for guests vehicles (up to 4 cars). Uber and Lyft available in the area as well.Other Things to Note:We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.Driveway parking approximately 4 cars on a slope. No street parking!Interaction with Guests:We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
