Whether you're here for business or exploring metro Detroit, this house is centrally located to all the places you will want to visit. This property is just minutes away from downtown Birmingham, where you will find the trendiest restaurants, an abundance of shopping, and tons of activities. Also, you will be staying walking distance to Woodward Ave, one of America's most iconic roads and named an All-American road by the FHA, which can take you directly to the heart of Detroit, Campus Martius.This is a small ranch house with a simple and open layout. The square footage is in all the areas you will want it, the kitchen and the living room. With queen beds and side tables on each side in all three rooms, you will still have plenty of space to move around. Centered to all three rooms is the bathroom where you will find the shower equipped with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Outside in the backyard, you will find a quiet, secluded space equipped with a firepit and six outdoor chairs near the large wooden planter.
