Enjoy the hot tub, in ground, heated pool as well as two outdoor seating areas. The lower-level outdoor seating area has a propane fireplace. Full gourmet kitchen and plenty of entertaining space including lower-level living room, kid's play area, billiards room with wet bar and full-size refrigerator. Full bathroom with shower in lower level as well.There is a nearby park with basketball courts, children's play equipment, a walking trail around the park and a covered picnic area. There is also a bike trail within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, Top Golf and golf courses within 10 minutes. Large shopping complex within 5 miles. 15 minutes to OSU and downtown Columbus.Other things to note:There is a strict no party/events rule, 6-person maximum guest rule and strict no pets policy. If these rules are broken, the guest will be charged a minimum of $1500, for any applicable damages and you may be asked to leave, and you will forfeit any refund.
