Cozy Townhome | Tranquil Lanai Patio & Pet Friendly | Great Location in a Gated Community This cozy townhome in a gated community and tucked away makes a getaway exactly what you need! There are plenty of walking paths to take you for an adventure to see what's around the corner. Feel free to bring along your small dog with you (25 lbs. or less). With a great location close to Wiregrass and shopping, it's a great place to stay. The back patio is on a greenbelt and so you will have a bit of privacy and even a small pond down the way. This two bedroom, one and a half bath condo will not disappoint as it's been comfortably furnished and has an updated beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The master is spacious and has two full size beds to maximize sleeping arrangements and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both rooms share the full bath with tub and shower and double vanity. The patio is the perfect spot for relaxing after a hard day at work or play. This is a pet-friendly property and small dogs are permitted with property manager approval and $20 per night fee. Six nights or more $125 fee. Please notify us prior to arrival if you are bringing your dog.You are only a short drive to Wiregrass and The Grove where you can find many different restaurant options as well as take care of any shopping. If it's real retail therapy you're needing, just a 10-15 minute drive to the Tampa Outlets where you can have loads of shopping fun and also stop for dinner at one of the many new restaurants in the area like Rock & Brews, Chuy's, Zukku San or relax and grab a flight of brews at Florida Atlantic Brewing Co. There is also a Publix grocery less than 2 miles from Saddlebrook. If you want to take in a show, special restaurant, sports event or one of many cool activities such as Busch Gardens or the Tampa Zoo, we are a close 30 minutes to downtown Tampa and only an hour drive to Clearwater or St. Pete's Beaches! Nearby attractions: Epperson Lagoon - 6 mi. ~ Busch Gardens - 19 mi. Tampa Intl.
