The Horse Farm has been separated over the years and the house is now in a wooded areas that has a glimpse of “Little Lake Weir”. Access to Little Lake Weir via small boat ramp on a small canal to the lake. Great for a small boats, Jetski, Canoe, kayak and paddle boards . The deck is an awesome place to relax and our adult kids love to fly drones thru the oak tree when they stay here. It’s only 11 miles to The Villages. There are a lot of farm animals in the area including chicken, ducks, turkeys, goats, pigs, and horses. The property does join to the owner’s residence and work hanger. There is plenty of space to park trailers, campers, boats…
