GiGi’s cottage minutes from the Villages This adorable house is not the way it was when our GiGI lived here but we know she would be proud of its transformation to a modern cottage that has been completely remodeled this year. Special attention to detail was given with your comfort in mind. Enjoy and relax on the large screened in front porch. The Village's City Center and all it has to offer is just but 10 minutes away! There is a 30 day minimum stay for the months of January- April. Yes, Fur babies are welcome!Please note 4 stairs needed to climb to enter front porch. This home is not located in The Villages but there are many golf courses in the surrounding area. Plenty of room to park boat or RV. The cottage is across the street from Lake Weir and a public boat ramp is 2 miles away. A extra discount will be given for 30 day stays for the months of Jan-April
