New York Skyline One of a Kind View! Sleeps 12! This loft duplex apartment has ground floor entrance and an amazing deck with complete north to south New York Manhattan skyline view. Please feel free to BBQ and enjoy the site seeing. The apartment consists of the living room & kitchen as a flow thru living.Up stairs is the master bedroom with a very cozy feel, in the front of the room you will enjoy the incredible sunrise over the skyline view, at the rear of the room is a full private bathroom.Down stairs the other two rooms consist of built in closets including windows that also face the NYC view !!Included in all the rooms are very comfortable guest air bed twin size mattresses.24 hr surveillance camera of the parking lot/back deck area. The larger of the two rooms has a private entrance to the back garden that has the skyline view and plenty of area for the kids to play !! Private Parking is available, this must be reserved and we have limited spots or free street residential parking pass is available upon request, street parking is not guaranteed, you need to drive around and find a spot with in 4 blocks of the unit. No guaranteed parking for instant bookings, the parking may have been rented already.
