Kindly avoid leaving any valuables in your vehicle overnight.To maintain a secure environment, street parking is restricted. Additional parking options for a large vehicle or 1 extra car is available at the mail kiosks (please refrain from using all spaces, these spaces are intended for residents to retrieve their mail). The mail kiosks are just a short 2-3 minute walk from the property. Our digital guidebook includes a map to guide you there. Your cooperation in parking at designated spots is greatly appreciated.Navigating the area is a breeze with accessible interstates and side roads. The property is conveniently serviced by Uber and Lyft, ensuring hassle-free transportation to your desired destinations. Within a 10-15 minute radius, you'll find an array of shops, restaurants, and major retailers, providing ample options for your leisure and convenience.IMPORTANT NOTICE:Before proceeding with booking, click on "show more" under house rules at the bottom of the page. Please review and agree to all house rules.PETS:A daily pet fee of USD $25.00 (Twenty Five U.S. Dollars) plus taxes per pet/per night will be charged (please note fee is not included in the reservation). For example, if you have 2 dogs staying for 3 nights, a total of $150 (One Hundred Fifty US Dollars) will be charged (1 dog $25 x 3 nights = $75; 2 dogs $50 x 3 nights = $150 plus tax). A payment request will be sent after booking. Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.At this time we only allow a maximum of (2) dogs to accompany your stay. For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the most sanitary and allergy free accommodations available, other pets are not permitted. In the event that you bring an extra pet or an unauthorized pet, your credit card will be charged a non-refundable fee of USD$450.00 USD (Four Hundred and Fifty U.S Dollars) per pet.
