Come relax in a safe but vibrant neighborhood during your stay in Cleveland. Our unit is also within a mile of plenty of great food options.This is a NON SMOKING (that includes medical marijuana, vaping, and everything else) and NO PARTY building. Please do NOT smoke or throw a party or you will be asked to leave without a refund.Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am during the week and 10pm-9am on weekends. Please be respectful of the guests above as they are being for you.Absolutely no partying or loud music as you will be asked to leave.No smoking anything inside the unit including medical marijuana. There will be a hefty charge for doing so.Please bag all and any trash you need to throw away before putting anything in the outside cans as it against our city rules to do otherwise. Please no loose trash from the house or car. Extra bags are provided underneath the sink. Our housekeeping team is more than happy to throw away your garbage but please leave it tidy for them in the unit.The unit has a 50" Flatscreen TV in the living room. This is the only TV in the unit.This unit does NOT have a dishwasher but it does have a dish drying rack.
