All brand new furniture and appliances!You can WALK TO the Black Diamond SLOPES!!Guests can use our PRIORITY PARKING PASS that would allow to park right next to the main ski lodge.There are two master bedrooms (upstairs LOFT master bedroom& downstairs master bedroom), both with King beds, LED TV’s, and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has two bunk beds. Full kitchen and spacious dining table. We have WiFi, cable TV, and Roku (Netflix, etc)We provide starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We also have a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker.Due to our family’s allergies, absolutely NO PETS/ANIMALS are allowed. NO smoking allowed. Please do not wear outside shoes inside the unit. We would like you to be aware that there are a few sets of stairs down to the condo and one up to the entrance area to access the condo. This property may not be the best suited for someone who has difficulty with stairs.
