It is completely independent of the adjacent duplex unit, affording you both privacy and a quiet space.Amenities to list a few: fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, covered patio, all bedrooms with closet, four beds, living room with SUPER comfy couch (can sleep two), huge television, free parking, free wifi, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, free washer and dryer in unit, heating, AC, storage, and more.Close to JBLM: ~15 min drive timeWalking distance to Pacific Lutheran University (Go Lancelutes!), Starbucks, grocery, restaurants, and much much more!We are pet friendly, however we have Pet fee of $15/pet/night for all approved pets (we unfortunately cannot accept dangerous breeds due to our insurance). Pets must not create a nuisance for other Tenants in the building—i.e. if your doggo is a yapper, unfortunately this isn’t the right place. There is greenery in the front and back of the Space for bathroom time for your pet—please use a leash and collect and dispose of all droppings.We strive to make our guests satisfied and are more than happy to accommodate requests to make you feel at home and private.We are just getting started and making upgrades as we go.Are we forgetting something in our listing?Please let us know!
