The open-concept layout and newly renovated kitchen make this home a comfortable and stylish choice for your stay. It can accommodate up to 14 guests. The living areas of this home feature stylish decor and hardwood floors. The living room is furnished with a chaise sofa, a love seat, and two modern armchairs. There is also a big 65” flat-screen TV for movie nights and a subscription to YouTube TV.The newly renovated kitchen boasts spacious granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge and a gas range with a griddle. There is a 6-person breakfast nook and an 8-person dining table for family-style meals. This two-story home sleeps up to 14 guests in five spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features a queen-size bed, a 65” TV, and a private balcony. The en-suite primary bathroom has a granite vanity and a walk-in shower. Two more guest rooms on the second floor are furnished with queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds and a sunlit desk. The bathroom on this floor has gleaming tile work and a tub/shower combination. On the main floor, the fifth bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed. The bathroom on this level also has a tub/shower combination. The front and back porches offer plenty of space to enjoy the sights and sounds of Forest Park, while the fenced backyard is perfect for pets. The guests in the primary suite also have their own private balcony overlooking the yard. Additional amenities include garage parking for two cars, a concrete pad for two additional cars, a washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. This is a pet-friendly rental, but please include them in your reservation, fees apply. Madison Park Kitchen is a local favorite for brunch, and there are plenty of dining options on Madison Street, just steps away from the home. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy and being mindful of energy costs.*If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.*If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.*If any sign of smoking is discovered, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.*Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
