Its a 1400 square foot cottage, funky but chic and fun, originally built in 1851. The bedrooms are small, but the living space gracious with the open floor plan with plenty of natural light supplied by the 7 skylights trough out the home. Chagrin Falls is an authentic midwestern town, with a vibrant shopping scene and 11 wonderful restaurants, an historic hardware store and a state of the art Heinens fine grocery store. The Popcorn Shop is a national landmark. There are dozens of fine boutiques and art stores. The Chagrin Valley Little Theater is a gem as well.
