The oversized back deck is literally at the water. The birds are chirping, the geese are swimming by and your vacation has begun!Lake Kathy is a small lake in a community of some rentals and some home owners. No motorized boats. Everything in this home from the studs out is brand new! Opened February 2022. This home is in a private community about 30 minutes south of Chattanooga super easy access to i-75! Two bedrooms and one bath. The spare bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. Washer and dryer in the home.Great walkable community. You literally can sit with your legs hanging off the back deck and fish. We have three more homes in this community. One across the street and two a few doors down.
