There is a happy energy to this property located in a small village, complete with a dairy bar, bowling alley, small market, convenience store and gas station. Right down the street, a marina offers everything you’ll need to enjoy time on the lake with boat and kayak rentals available. The home is in a very safe community. You’ll find pizza and food delivery available, as well as several highly rated local restaurants. Enjoy a romantic dinner complete with cocktails, wine or craft beers while overlooking the tranquil lake. Or take a short drive to several other popular and diverse dining options, restaurants, breweries, and wineries. It is also centrally located between Amish Country and Canton’s Football Hall of Fame. There are also several local wedding barns nearby. Enjoy the private hot tub located on the back patio perfect to star gaze and look out over the lake.. There is a large back deck with a double hammock and a brick patio which is complete with a propane grill, outside dining, and fire pit that includes wood for your use.
