Top Golf, Main Event, shopping and restaurants are all just mere minutes away.Welcome to this family friendly home in a quiet neighborhood! There is a playground in walking distance to enjoy during the warmer months!Upstairs in this home you are greeted by a comfortable living room space, dining for 6 people, and a full equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen is the back patio entrance which has bench seating a nice view. Leading to the bedrooms is a hallway closet and full bathroom with both a shower and a tub. The bedrooms upstairs include a king master suite with attached full bathroom (shower). a queen size bedroom, and a smaller bedroom with twin bunkbeds. Both the master and queen bedroom feature a ROKU TV and ceiling fans. Downstairs has a large bedroom in which you relax on the couches and loveseat while watching the ROKU TV. This bedroom has a king bed and half bath. PLEASE NOTE: In order for this home to sleep ten, this would mean utilizing the two couches in the home. The laundry room is also located downstairs along with the garage entrance.No keys to lose or worry about. This home is equipped with the August Lock system. This requires guest downloading the August Home app to their smartphone.We are local and here to help you if you need us!Family friendly neighborhood located in a large golf course community.If you don't have your own vehicle you would have to use Uber or Lyft to get around town.This is a quiet, family friend neighborhood. In order to sleep ten, we did take into consideration sleeping on both of the couches.Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!• No parties or events allowed.• No smoking allowed of any kind. • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. • Please respect the noise curfew. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. • Please take care of the furnishings. • Please don’t rearrange the furniture.• No illegal substances allowed on the premises. If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
