Inside, this open-plan home, located on the 7th green of the Coldwater Golf Course, is fully furnished, including 2 flat-screen TVs, wireless Internet, and a fan in every room. Each of the 3 bedrooms features a king-size bed; a bunk bed in the sitting room feature a double on the bottom and a single on top for additional sleeping space.The backyard features a PebbleTec pool with waterfall feature, a BBQ island and a 10-person eating area. A perch overlooks the pool. Turn the loungers around to watch the golfers come up the fairway and putt for birdie. The pool can be heated from March-November for an additional fee. Sorry, pool heat is not available from December - February. Standard Rental fee is for 4 guests, additional fee of $15 per person per night will apply.Located just a couple miles from the I-10 and the 101, allowing for easy access to a range of restaurants and shopping, golf, movie theaters, spring training baseball parks, NASCAR, the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Coyotes and the Sky Harbor Airports.
