Also close to all major sporting arenas and events including the NHL Phoenix Coyotes, Phoenix International raceway, the NFL Arizona Cardinals, and MLB Arizona diamondbacks.This home offers 4 fully furnished bedrooms: the master features a king sized bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 with a pair of twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking instruments to entertain and feel at home. It includes a microwave hood, dishwasher, and a full size refrigerator with filtered water. All small appliances are including such as a toaster, crock-pot, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware and much, much more. We have a 70” HDTV in the living room and 55” HDTV in the master suite as well as a 40” in the loft area. The living room and master suite TVs have Directv while the loft has access to Hulu Live, Netflix and Amazon Video only.Extra items included with your rental: DVD movies, XBO can be added with request, board games, an iron & full size ironing board, patio table & chairs, gas grill, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, and basic soaps and shampoos. The house is also equipped with wireless internet for your convenience.There is parking available in our 2 car garage w/remote opener as well as room for 2 cars in the driveway. On street parking is also available throughout the year.
