This cottage is the perfect place to stay for your Lake Erie Walleye or perch fishing trip. Lake Shore Park boat ramp, bait shop, concession stand, picnic area, beach, and frisbee golf course are all within walking distance. Famous Bridge St. is only 1 mile away where you can dine at one of several excellent restaurants and pubs. Plus shop any of the quaint little shops on the street. This is also the place to book your Lake Erie fishing charter trip. The cottage is in a very quiet and tranquil neighborhood but close to everything. Cottage has 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a queen sized bed and 1 full. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Bathroom has been totally remodeled. Cottage is fully furnished and comes stocked with all the kitchen utensils you would need. Electric stove, full sized refrigerator, washer/dryer and a outdoor propane grill are their for your convenience. Enjoy a campfire or just relax on the front deck. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and boat. Geneva Wine Country is about a 20 minute drive or book a wine tour and let them do the driving. The Crows Nest restaurant & tavern is within walking distance. Please bring your own bedding. All mattresses have covers and comforters. WiFi now provided.
