It is a fully furnished 4 bedroom (all queen beds), 2 full baths home located near downtown Loudonville. While it comfortably sleeps 8, we will allow up to 12 guests. We have a pack-n-play crib for infants, one futon and will allow one tent on the property with prior approval. Gas heat, central air conditioning and gas fireplace. Washer/Dryer on site. This property is in the heart of Mohican area, near downtown Loudonville. It is within walking distance of the community park in downtown. If you have your bikes, you can bike to the Village of Loudonville swimming pool as there are sidewalks and a bike path. It is only 1.5 miles from the home. Admission to the pool is around $5 for adults and $4 for children. Kids under 5 are free. We are right down the street from Mohican Adventures Canoe Livery, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Family Dollar, Dollar Store, Amish Market, Trails End Pizza and AutoZone. All of these places are on the walking path by the house. Walking distance to downtown shopping. There is also a well-maintained cemetery across the street from this property. We are close to the baseball/softball fields and so if you are coming to watch your child play in one of the tournaments, this is the house for you.Private deck off the back of the home. Campfire pit with firewood available. Charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, silverware so all you need to do is bring your own food. The dining room table seats 8 and sits next to the 4-seated bar height breakfast island.The living room features leather furniture with a Wi-Fi television with Spectrum TV as well as free Netflix, YouTube, and many other online services.There is a first floor bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a full size bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.The second floor has 3 nice sized bedrooms all with queen beds. There is a full bath with tub on the second floor. All upstairs bedrooms have a nice size closet and a dresser. The master bedroom has a Wi-Fi TV.The lower level is the game room area with a wet bar, foosball table, cornhole and a Wi-Fi TV. There is a firefighter version of Monopoly available as well as some books and other games on site. We have a small pack & play available for infants as well as a high chair.1 small tent permitted on the property for a $35 fee per stay. Call if you have any question at 567-238-9223.
