Old Town Bluffton Charm - Dogs Welcome! Live like a local in this charming and spacious coastal retreat in Old Town Bluffton, SC. This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2 ½ -bathroom property is perfect for couples and families that want to get away while feeling at home. A well-appointed and fully stocked kitchen for those who love to cook, while wonderful and well-known restaurants are a short walk or ride into The Promenade of Old Town with its many boutique shops and galleries. The downstairs offers an open floor plan perfect for visiting and entertaining with two sofas, a large screen TV, a separate dining area, a bright eat-in kitchen, a laundry room, and a powder room. The upstairs has a large master suite with a king-sized bed, a remote-work office space with monitor and keyboard, 2 queen guest bedrooms, and a full bath. The fenced-in backyard is nicely appointed with a paver patio, Adirondack chairs and table, and a gas-grill. Plenty of parking is found on the street side with additional room for two cars in the garage-side driveway. Our guests love this getaway space for couples’ and family retreats, strolling about town, taking in the sunsets on the May River, while some just want to relax and enjoy the low country vibe on the front porch rocking chairs. Hilton Head with its beautiful beaches is a short drive across the bridge – with Savannah and its award-winning airport close by and Charleston just to the North. Well behaved and housebroken dogs are allowed with a $300 non-fundable pet fee. There is an outdoor security camera that records audio/video activity at the front door. It records 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
