A professional grade kitchen is appointed with Wolf/SubZero appliances - stunning marble countertops and an oversized island with seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is a combination laundry and mudroom with additional countertop and storage space. The first-floor master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in steam shower - a deep soak bathtub - dual vanities and a walk-in closet. The first-floor guest bedroom has a king-size bed plus en-suite bathroom with a walk-in steam shower. Two additional king guestrooms reside on the second floor - each with their own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms in the home have an individual Sonos speaker. The second-floor guest bathroom closest to the stairs features a walk-in shower - while the other upstairs king guestroom has a bathroom with a shower over the bathtub. The second floor also offers a cozy loft space with a seating area and a large day bed that connects to the second king guest bathroom. An oversized writing desk - provides ample home office space. At the rear of the home is a large screened-in porch with a seating area - an additional dining table for eight persons - a flatscreen TV and a brick gas fireplace. Just outside of the screened-in porch - the backyard offers a brick firepit with seating and a built-in gas grill nook with countertop space. This is a non-smoking home.
