We take linens offsite for washing.Please start the dishwasher when checking out so the cleaning crew may turn the house for the next guest since we try to accommodate early check in if at all possible.Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer, 68 for the winter when starting to leave. It might be a few hours or few days before the next guest arrives. No need in wasting energy on an empty house :).If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know via the Airbnb messages. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and as obvious as some things may be, it may not be noticed by the cleaning crew.Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on dresser in bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid potential lost remote feeDispose of any left over items from the fridge.
