Our location provides easy access to abundant outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, skiing, golfing, and fishing.Inside, you'll find a large fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances. The open concept living room enjoys a pull-out sofa couch for extra sleeping, high nine foot ceilings, oversized windows, direct southern exposure, and air conditioning (when needed). There is a great sense of light and space, and Hunter Douglas top down/bottom-up shades add additional privacy. Relax in the evening with your favorite movie on the large screen Smart TV. The bedroom has a quality queen-size bed, ample closet and dresser space, and a blackout window shade for extending your “restful” vacation. There is even a small bonus room for extra luggage (or the baby), and we are happy to accommodate bike storage in the garage for rainy days. All living areas are on the second floor and require stairs. It's your own little oasis!- Your adventure begins at 3:00 PM with check-in, and we bid farewell at 10:00 AM on your check-out day. If you're hoping to start your stay a bit earlier or linger a little longer, just give our office a ring. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, and please note there might be a small additional charge for this extra convenience.- To keep our space cozy and clean for everyone, we kindly ask that you leave your shoes and any outdoor gear at the door before relaxing in your apartment.- Although we love furry friends, we've decided to keep the apartment pet-free. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.- For the health and comfort of all our guests, our apartment is a smoke-free zone.- This unit has a window mount air conditioner.- Since part of the building is a Realtor's office (daytime business hours) and the owner's residence is a bit farther away (the Office is in between the house and apartment), we kindly ask that you save the late evening parties for elsewhere to keep our community tranquil and respectful.There is a window air-conditioning unit located in the home for your comfort.We're here to ensure you have a fabulous stay, so don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything you need.
