Small, neat, clean home with windows framing postcard worthy views! Cozy inside with 2 bedrooms upstairs and ample room for extra bed if needed. Deck outside hosts BBQ and views you'll remember long after you're gone. Located about 15 minutes from town, one of the perks is the incredible drive out East End Road! You see Homer from a whole different perspective as you climb up to 1400ft above the bay! There is Fritz Creek General Store for staples, gas, post office and the best pizza in town! Also, this is "Alaska: The Last Frontier" country as the Kilchers homestead is in the Fritz Creek area only a few miles from The Husky Ranch! There is a State Parks hiking trail within a half mile of the ranch or just enjoy your run the place! Wildflowers galore! The house is 1400sq ft. and sleeps 4 in 2 queen beds; more possible! Wi-Fi, DISH TV, all amenities! Early in the season is referred to as 'break-up' and spring is still waking up but come mid June, watch out, the cranes land in the fields and moose frequently cruise through the yard! This once was a robust working sled dog ranch so keep your eye out for the old sleds that grace the property~Peaceful but gently wild~ Complete comfort for the soul and a tranquil spot in our "Cosmic Hamlet-by-the-Sea". Welcome~~!
