Enjoy fishing off the dock, swimming, kayaking or relaxing around the fire pit in the fully fenced in yard.The spaceFamily-friendly, spacious home includes 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and bonus basement room with queen sofa sleeper. On the main floor there are:-3 bedrooms-full bath with tub and shower-fully equipped kitchen-breakfast island with 3 stools-dining room table for 6-a sit/standing desk-a large family room. The finished, walkout basement has a half bath, queen pullout sleeper sofa, dart board, washer/dryer, mini-fridge, microwave, and a table perfect for playing cards or board games. The walkout basement opens to a fully fenced-in yard with a 4' high fence (both front and back yard). On a hot, sunny day, you can cool off with a swim in the mostly clear lake, take a relaxing kayak ride, or just soak up the sun in the large backyard with a propane grill. When the sun goes down, we provide firewood and smores to enjoy around the fire pit.Guest accessThere is an electronic keypad lock on the front entrance. Guests will be given the code on arrival day.We provide:-many inflatable floats-life jackets-fishing poles and tackle box-a one-person kayak -an inflatable 2-person kayak -firewood and smores supplies for the bonfire-grilling tools for the propane grill
