We've updated and modernized the beautiful kitchen, and bathroom while maintain a nod to the past. Each bedroom is bright and airy. There is a lovely rear deck and front porch to hang out with loved ones!The Space:This home features a rear off street parking spot, a great deck and front porch.Guest Access:The entire home is available to the guests, as well as the backyard and the rear garage.The Neighborhood:The neighoborhood of Crafton offers easy access to and from the Airport, as well as Downtown Pittsburgh. There are two large shopping centers less than a mile away that offer anything that you may need.Getting Around:The neighborhood does not offer much walkability, however public transportation into town is about 3 blocks away. To get to the local grocery store/shopping plaza you would likely need a car as the hills are quite steep.Other Things to Note:Garbage day is on Tuesdays. There are cans located in the garage, you simply need to set them out Monday night near the back ally.Interaction with Guests:I live just a few minutes away and am available if needed for anything at all.
