Taylor River Home with Private Fishing **Special Note - starting January 1, 2021 the upstairs 2 bedroom unit was combined with the downstairs 4 bedroom home.**This wonderful vacation home sits directly across from the main store/office and just a short stroll to the Taylor River. With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a den (with a loft), it offers many sleeping options and a lot of space for a large family or group. For families with young children, it is ideal with a fenced yard. You could easily spend your days relaxing by the hot tub or on the front porch. • Approximately 2500 square feet • Master bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom•Second bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed•Third bedroom downstairs has a bunk bed (twin size)•A fourth bedroom downstairs is an oversized hallway closet with a single day bed •A second bathroom downstairs has a tub/shower• In the den, there is a ladder that leads to a very small sleeping loft with single mattress•Upstairs, one bedroom has two full size beds and the other bedroom has two single beds.•There is a full kitchen downstairs and a kitchenette (no stove/oven) upstairs• Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hairdryer, trash bags, dish soap • NOT included: Laundry detergent, shampoo and toiletries, anything edible although some basics like salt 'n pepper are stocked.• Parking here for 2 vehicles in front and 2 vehicles in back. Depending on size, one or two small trailers may also fit here but overflow parking may be found across the street or behind the home.• All Three Rivers Resort guests have access to private fishing on the Taylor River bordering the resort property.**For VRBO guests, please refer to your reservation confirmation sent to your email after booking for check-in and unit details. We operate like a hotel with a front desk.** All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional nightly fee, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 11 people. There is an additional fee of $10/person/night for extra persons (ages 7 and over). Maximum occupancy is 14. Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time. For exact rates, enter your trip dates in the availability search.**If online search results produce a limited listing of available units for your dates, please call us as availability can change quickly. For stays less than 3 nights or arrival within the next 2 days, you must contact the office directly to book.**
