Enjoy this 10 acre property with 150' frontage on the Shenandoah River. Easy put ins for canoes, tubes, kayaks, or fishing. Water varies between calf to hip deep, and is super safe for smaller kids and easy for pups. Dozens of vineyards within 10 miles, and a cool little town with breweries, shops, farmers' markets, restaurants and even a drive-in theater. History lovers will enjoy the proximity to half a dozen curated battlefields within 10 miles, and hikers have easy access to trails all around Signal Knob. Relax on the balcony overlooking Signal Knob and the Shenandoah river, or get close by the wood fireplace inside. Superb A/C keeps you as cool or warm as you want. Large, modern bathroom offers a nice shower to clean up after a long day of doing whatever the heck you want! Well appointed kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals. On property RV with full amenities can sleep an additional 6-8 for an additional fee.
