Charming, classic Boonsboro homeOutside:- Sprawling front yard with greenstone path and covered front porch. - Large back deck with mature trees and landscaping, charcoal grill, outdoor dining for 6+. - Hot Tub!Inside (upstairs):- Floor plan provides a perfect combination of large, connected living spaces and private, relaxing bedrooms. - Large living room which connects to dining room (can seat 6-8) and flows into a sun room with ample windows and a large kitchen which is conveniently accessed from both the dining room and the sun room. - 2 Bedrooms (the third upstairs bedroom is used as an owner's closet) including an adorable master suite with king bed and efficient bathroom as well as a carpeted bedroom with two twin beds. - Gorgeous and smooth recently refinished wood floors upstairs!Inside (downstairs):- ~1200 square feet or recently refinished basement space!- Large, carpeted living area/downstairs den with a comfortable, queen air mattress. - Private third bedroom with queen bed- Large mudroom/laundry room.- All flooring was recently replaced, walls recently repainted, and the laundry room ceiling repainted.This is our primary residence! As such, we are reserving the following spaces for our storage purposes so that YOUR space can truly be YOURS.Guests may access all spaces except for:- upstairs third bedroom (owner's closet)- second master’s closet- downstairs storage room (near downstairs bedroom)- downstairs 1/2 bath- garage/workshopOur lovely home is in an ADORABLE neighborhood off of Rivermont Ave/Boonsboro Rd. You'll enjoy mature trees and great neighorhood roads for walking/running.Boonsboro shopping/dining (Starbucks, Kroger, BBQ, Italian, Mexican, Talbots, local bakery, breakfast spot, & Food Lion) are all within a very short drive.Historic downtown is ~12 minutes driving and a straight shot down Rivermont Ave/BoonsboroParking: you can park off-street in our driveway or on the street on the edge of our front yard!Neighborhood: the streets are walkable and good for running. We especially love walks on Northwood Circle and Greenway Ct/Pl (our favorite walking route).
