Beautiful Basement Apartment in Quiet Neighborhood This is a newly renovated basement apartment in Lynchburg, VA. It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is within a few minutes drive to Lynchburg General Hospital, Virginia Baptist Hospital, Liberty University, walking /biking trails, city parks, YMCA, grocery & retail shopping , restaurants, and more.You will have full access to the entire apartment with no shared rooms. There is off street parking and a separate entrance. Wifi and utilities are included in the price, mini-split units allow you to control the inside temperature. New floors and freshly painted interiors make the space feel fresh and contemporary. There is a small, quaint sitting area just outside the front door, where you will often see deer, squirrels, chipmunks. and a variety of birds. Caretakers live upstairs and have a small, friendly dog. They are usually available if needed, but will give you as much privacy as desired. We have taken great care to keep the basement as well insulated as possible, but you may occasionally hear sounds coming from upstairs. Your bedroom is located underneath the upstairs guest room, which is rarely in use. We provide a white noise machine, a bluetooth speaker, blackout curtains, and a fan. We will consider well behaved pets on a case by case basis with additional non-refundable deposit. Access to the apartment involves stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
