Harbor Hideaway - Beautiful 4 bedroom home near Harbor Beach Beautifully maintained & furnished 4 bedroom, 21/2 bath home on three levels just off Rt 103 in York, Maine, in walking distance to the York harbor, 2 mins to Harbor beach, 4 mins to Long Sands beach & 6 mins to Short Sands beach. Plenty of parking in circular driveway, front covered porch with wicker gliders & a large attached new deck with grill, deck furniture & deck fire pit. Inside you will be welcomed by a beautiful cathedral ceiling, open concept living rm, dining rm & kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In the living rm you will find a large flat screen TV with Dish cable & wifi with Netflix & UTube. The first floor has a master bedroom suit with a king size sleep number bed & bath has a large walk in shower. There is also a laundry rm & half bath on the first floor. Upstairs you will be greeted with a beautifully decorated sitting rm overlooking the living rm below. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed & the other with a full & twin bed. There is also a full bath upstairs with tub & shower. The lower level has a large bedroom with a queen bed & a large flat screened TV. The bedroom is connected to a 3 seasoned screened in private porch with wicker chairs & a treadmill. Outside the porch there is a walk way to the courtyard which is decorated with perennials. This home sleeps 8 to 9 people very comfortably. No pets & no smoking of any kind.Note:NO Smoking on property or premises.NO Pets.We do not provide propane refills for gas grills.Linens are included.
