Outside, guests will have access to their own designated parking spot.HOUSE RULES➜ Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests. ➜ Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued. ➜ Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.➜ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.➜ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission. ➜ No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.➜ No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit. ➜ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.➜ No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.➜ Please avoid moving furniture.- Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $75 fee for up to 2 dogs (under 60 lbs). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200.
