It sits on a hill and has year long panoramic views of Beaver Lake. The home's kitchen opens seamlessly into the dining area and living room where a wood burning fireplace will be found. There is one full sized leather sofa that reclines and a leather recliner. A wall mounted 70" 4K Smart television will keep you entertained if you can keep yourself from staring out the windows at the lake; the water below is mesmerizing. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and Netflix are included.The home includes one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a second bedroom with two twin-sized beds. The bathroom has an easily accessible, large walk-in shower. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer that comes with detergent and softener.A large kitchen comes complete with cooking utensils, dishes and all the pots and pans necessary for creating a home cooked meal while overlooking the lake. This kitchen is ideal for a relaxing cooking experience. Entry to the home will be granted with the use of a keypad so that keeping up with keys will be unnecessary. The code to the keypad is changed upon every checkout and no two codes will ever be used twice.This home is located 30 minutes to Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville to the North. And it's a 30 minute drive to downtown Fayetteville and the University to the South. Northwest Arkansas has some of the best bike trails in the United States. You can bike from Bentonville to Fayetteville on one continuous trail while stopping at shops and restaurants along the way. The botanical gardens are just 20 minutes away, or you can sit in the comfort of your accommodations and watch for the Bald Eagles that frequent the area. Hobbs Park offers seasonal tours by pontoon boat which is a great family activity and just minutes away.
