Cubs Den - Cabin Home with Access to Amenities! Cubs Den is a cozy cabin, located in the tranquil Misty Mountain subdivision. Offering a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player. The kitchen features all of the appliances and cooking essentials. The dining room, just off the kitchen seats 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower. Off the master bedroom is a private porch with table and chairs. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and the adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower. Cubs Den is fitted with WiFi, house telephone and unlimited long distance is available. There is a gas grill on the front porch. This home backs up to Highway 64, there will be road noise.Misty Mountain offers access to a community pavilion that offers an outdoor fireplace, picnic tables, 4 gas grills, his/hers bathroom and large kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove/oven. Great place to hangout in the evenings. This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season. Specific to this home - you will also get a discount at the Sapphire National 18-hole golf course, provided number attached to check-in package.Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
