You’ll feel at peace when you first step inside and are greeted with beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains at a whopping 3500 foot elevation. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath house is lovingly designed so you’ll feel at home in each room. The kitchen is fully stocked and the perfect place to prepare a delicious meal. Enjoy your meal at the elegant wooden dining room table and gaze out at the mountain views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, or set the table on the large outdoor deck and enjoy the views along with the fresh mountain air. The deck features plenty of comfortable seating—the perfect place to curl up with your favorite beverage and a good book. You can then move inside and cozy up on the comfortable living room sofa or have a soak in the master bathroom tub.The master is on the main level and equipped with a plush king bed and a private bathroom clad in marble. It features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and large walk-in closet.The two guest suites are located on the lower level, directly off of the second cozy family room with access to the lower level deck from each room. Southern Comfort is a short 10 minute drive to Cashiers and 30 minute drive to Brevard. Come explore the many hiking trails in the area including the private trail within the Preserve at Rock Creek community. With 410 acres of preserved land set forth to protect and conserve the natural environment, you are sure to see incredible wildlife, dramatic views, and experience the true nature of western North Carolina.Extra notes: - There is a security camera located on the front porch and the back deck. These are not on while guests are present.- No smoking in the house. - No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.- Lastly, have fun and enjoy the mountains! Things to know:- Cell service: Connecting to the house wifi for calls will be necessary.Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company. This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as "Pet Friendly" will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
