This large family home is perfect for a mountain retreat. There is an attached carport for covered entry. The main level has a king master bedroom suite, powder room, open kitchen, dining area that seats 10+ and a living room with a large TV. Beautiful woodwork with exposed cathedral ceilings is seen throughout the home. The upper level has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first has a full bed, the second has two twin beds. The loft also has a pool table. The spiral staircase leads to the lower level family room with a queen bedroom and bathroom. There are big decks on all levels. This house has Wi-Fi and DirecTV.This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season. Specific to this home - you will also get a discount at the Sapphire National 18-hole golf course, provided number attached to check-in package.Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
