Pawley’s Place is located in a quiet cove at the South End of Lake Lure. This premier rental property has so many amenities to offer for all ages. During your stay you will enjoy:• Easily Accessible Home with no stairs from parking area to front entrance.• Main level: King Bed Master Suite with TV, Open Kitchen, Dining for 10 (plus smaller table for extra seating) Great Room has a large stone gas fireplace, TV and audio system.• Large porch located just off the kitchen, view of Lake Lure with Adirondack style seating and a gas grill.• Main level also has a half bath and laundry room.• Upper Level: Second King Bed Master Suite. This private suite has its own balcony overlooking the lake, a stone gas fireplace and TV.• Downstairs: Great Room/Game Room for the whole family. TV/DVD player, ample seating, game table, ping pong table and stone gas fireplace.• Downstairs has two bedrooms: 1)- King Bed 2)- 3 sets of Bunk Beds (Sleeping for 6) both rooms share a full bath.• Located just off the downstairs great room is completely screened in back deck with seating.• Outdoor Amenities Include: Large Grassy Backyard, Outdoor Fire Pit with seating, Gas Grill. Easy walk down to the waterfront, private dock, shallow swimming area, 8 passenger Pontoon Boat pontoon available April (lake level permitting) - November 10, 2 Stand-Up Paddle Boards and 2-Kayaks (non-motorized watercraft are available for use year round.• Pawley’s Place has High Speed Wireless InternetPLEASE NOTE: 1) The Town of Lake Lure requires all drivers of commercial/rental included pontoon to complete in advance, a Town of Lake Lure Boaters Safety Course and get a Lake Lure Boaters License. 2) The 12' Lake Lure drawdown will begin on January 1, 2024 and end March 31, 2024. This is for the completion of priority infrastructure projects. Lake will begin refill on 3/31/24,. The rate of refilling is based on weather & rainfall-typically mid-late April-see TOLL website for lake level info.• High Season- Mid- June thru Mid-August- CHECK IN AND DEPARTURE DAY: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. 7 NIGHT MINUMUM.• HOLIDAYS ARE 3 or 4 NIGHT MINUMUM. • OFF SEASON - 3 NIGHT MINUMUM.• YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK.• NO PETS ALLOWED• NO SMOKING• LINENS ARE PROVIDED• YOU MUST HAVE A NC FISHING LICENCE TO FISH ON LAKE LURE.***IMPORTANT BOOKING INFO*** Our policy requires Damage Protection.
