The outdoor dining tables and BBQs make outdoor dining a breeze! IDEAL FLOOR PLAN LIVINGHead back inside and you will be welcomed into the main floor with brand new furnishings. Plop down on the couch and catch up on your favorite show. Or, if you're looking to cook a great meal for the family or your friends, the fully stocked kitchen will provide everything you need to do so, including all major appliances including:- Stove- Oven- Refrigerator- Microwave- Dishwasher- Coffee maker- Electric kettle for hot water and teaPRIMARY BEDROOMAll of the bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home. The primary bedroom includes a super comfy queen size bed. and a dresser so that you can unpack your personal items. Above the dresser is an oversized mirror for checking out just how cute you look! The en suite bathroom will host you for your own spa-like experience. This bedroom also has its own balcony!SECOND BEDROOMContinue down the hall to the second bedroom, which has another comfy memory foam mattress and dresser.KIDS BEDROOMAcross the hall from the second bedroom is an adorable kids bedroom with twin beds, a play tent, and a reading nook. It's equipped with stuffies, reading material, and cozy pillows!UPSTAIRS BATHROOMAt the end of the hall is a bathroom with vanity and shower, and stocked with all Public Goods essentials for getting nice and squeaky clean.DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOMThe third bathroom is located downstairs, and also includes a shower, bathtub, and vanity.DOWNSTAIRS LAUNDRYThere is a laundry closet with a washer, dryer, and handheld clothing steamer for your use.We hope that you will enjoy your stay here and enjoy the home as if it were your own!We have a smart lock that makes it convenient and simple for you to access the home during your stay. Shared Driveway:We share a driveway with two neighbors. The two townhomes include four parking spots, and we ask that you please adhere to our access and parking policy.Although we will not be at the home to greet you, please feel free to message us in the app with any questions that may come up.Townhome:This listing is for both townhomes. If you would like to view each townhome separately (for a party of 8 or less) please check these two listings:Road Noise:This home is located near a street. There shouldn't be much road noise during your stay, but we do want to be sure that you are aware that there may be some, such as if a delivery truck drives by.Canal:Entergy lowers the water level of Lake Hamilton from November - March. During this time, please note that the canals will be mostly empty of water.This home is located on a cove off Lake Hamilton. You can kayak from our property to the lake (we do not provide kayaks at this time). Just down the street is Hill Wheatley Park, which has a public boat launch, sand beach, and walking trails.You will need a car to get around.Please respect our home as if it were your own.No parties or events.We do have exterior security cameras on-site (all only facing the driveway and front door)No extra guests are allowed unless you notify the host prior to their arrival. This will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper with human waste and nothing else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs if it's determined there were other items flushed.This is a no shoes cabin. All shoes must be taken off at entry. No smoking or vaping in the cabin or on the outdoor deck at all. If you need to smoke or vape, you may do so in the driveway. Please ensure that you safely dispose of any cigarette butts. No pets of any kind. No excessive guests. No mailing packages to the home.Please respect the community. Noise level must be minimal after 10 pm. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community and be good neighbors! Thank you.
