Fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, wood fire pit, patio with dining, covered porch with seating , 2 dining spaces, expansive living room with electric fireplace and smart TV!Enter into the home through a large mudroom with hooks, seating and ample space to store all your winter or summer gear. Walk into the kitchen on the first floor where you will find a fully equipped kitchen for your stay; fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, keurig coffee maker, all cooking utensils and spices. 2 dining spaces give you enough seating for all 10 guests, or enjoy sitting outside on the covered porch or open patio overlooking the private back yard that has a wood fire pit for your use (make sure to pick up some wood at the store in town on your way in!). 1/2 bathroom completes this level for your ease.Step down into the living room where you will find two cozy couches to enjoy the electric fire place and Smart TV! A wall air conditioner/ heating unit, and access to the patio round out this space.Off the living room, head downstairs to the walk out lower level with 2 queen beds and another smart TV.Come back upstairs to the top floor where you will find 3 large bedrooms. One primary suite with a king sized bed, on suite bathroom with a jetted tub, towel warmer and air conditioning unit.Across the hallway sits two more bedrooms, both with queen beds, nightstands, closets and share a full bathroom with a tub and double vanity sink. A washer and dryer in the basement complete this property for your convenience!Local attractions;-Lake Eden Beach Access- 500 feet from the house!-1 mile to the VAST trail (Snowmobilers & ATV's take note!)-40 minutes to Smugglers Notch Ski Resort-25 minutes to Jay Peak Ski Resort-35 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort-30 minutes to downtown Stowe shops/dining/breweries-80 minutes to Burlington, "Church Street Marketplace"-45 minutes to Waterbury "Cold Hollow Cider Mill" and the famous Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory!This home is in the country! Very remote location and likely you may see some wildlife in/around the property. Moose, deer, turkey, bear are all in this area, please keep your distance shall you get the chance to admire one!Wood fire pit outside- make sure to grab a bundle of wood from the local store in-town to use.No cell phone reception at the property- WIFI is present to utilize wifi calling.The property is on a drilled well water source and private septic system. The water is tested regularly for consumption. You may choose to buy some bottled water on your way in.
