It's a 2 bedroom 2 full bath that sleeps up to 4 comfortably. The Condo has a full kitchen, 2 private decks, and outdoor seating. Beautiful seasonal views of the lake, and 12 minutes away from downtown Eureka Springs. Just a short drive away from Holiday Island Marina! There are no animals allowed under any circumstances due to health and safety and severe allergies.There's no smoking indoors and absolutely no animals allowed in or on property under any circumstances due to safety and health, owner severe allergies. No party's or extra guests allowed to stay overnight. *do not burn anything in the wood stove, it is not for use*-Checkout duties include:-All trash needs to be bagged up and placed outside upon departure.-All towels need to be hung and not piled on floor.-All dishes must be loaded in dishwasher and started-Please discard any leftovers, any unused items can be left.-Please do not remove any items from condo, everything is inventoried after each guest.-Only use beach towels outside or at the lake, and only use rags under kitchen sink for cleanup.-Please contact us if you're running low on anything, or if you're having any issues.
