It is approximately 500 square feet with 4 steps up to the front door. The location is quiet and private although you may occasionally see others come and go during your stay.Ideally located within a mile to Table Rock Lake Marina, fishing pier and swim beach, guests can easily enjoy all of the outdoor recreation Holiday Island has to offer. Hiking trails, golf courses, tennis courts, and lake fun are all minutes from your door. And, when you are ready for a little more excitement, downtown Eureka Springs is just a scenic 12 minute drive away. With Branson and Bentonville each only an hour away, Penny's Place truly does provide the best of all worlds!FOR MORE LODGING, check out my unit next door “The Guest Nest.”IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:1) There are NO dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit.
