This lovely property is ideally situated on the second row of South Anderson Blvd with easy beach access directly across the street. You are sure to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the Oceanside deck while relaxing Topsail Island style! The reverse floor plan has 3 bedrooms one with queen size bed and a master suite with King bed and private bath. The third bedroom is decorated in a fun beach theme with a twin/full bunk with a twin trundle. Furthermore, each bedroom features cable TV. For additional sleeping/lounging, there is a daybed with twin trundle located on the second floor in the great room. The living room features overstuffed seating with ottomans and includes a flat screen HDTV with cable. Wireless internet is included at no additional charge. The kitchen is well equipped and offers modern appliances including a Keurig for coffee lovers! The dining room will seat 6 comfortably; there is additional seating for 4 at the bar or you may prefer to serve dinner outside on the screened porch. The owners have thoughtfully provided board games for those rainy days or fun family evenings. There is plenty of parking on the ground level, covered and uncovered with an outside hot/cold shower.
